Capital: Antananarivo
Recommended for the nature and beach lover, this fourth largest island in the world offers an incredibly variety of endemic fauna including 70 different species of lemur, otherworldly flora and breathtaking landscapes. The diving, snorkeling and fishing are world class. The shopping is good with a wide variety of handicrafts, clothing and local rum. Our itineraries are designed to cover some of the highlights in a short space of time but there are many more wonderful things to see and do.
Another memorable and reasonably priced option for families and small groups is a yacht charter. This allows you to visit the more remote islands.
